Present at the meeting: Chris Lekberg, Samantha Stone, Phyllis Reed, and Alisa Cutter.

The meeting opened at 7:30 pm.

Charlie and the Board discussed minor requests which are required by the ordinance to come before the Board. Chris said if there is doubt, a request should go to the whole board.

Charles Jakiela left the meeting at 7:33 pm.

Deliberations

Brown, William and Shelley #4995

Motion by Stone/Cutter to approve the application #4995 to convert the second floor space into a dwelling unit failed on a vote of 0-4.

The Board encourages the applicant to reapply with proof of off-street parking in compliance with Section 616 of the Brandon Land Use Ordinance.

Lawton, Karen / Parker, James and Gordon, Cheryl #4997

Motion by Cutter/Stone to approve the application #3449 to subdivide 20 acres into five lots: 3.62 acres, 3.36 acres, 3.92 acres, 4.30 acres, and 4.37 acres with the following condition:

• The applicant / developer needs to coordinate drive entrances onto Birch Hill Rd. with the Public Works Superintendent.

Passed unanimously.

Being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8 pm.
