Brandon Board of Liquor Commissioners Meeting

February 11, 2008

In Attendance: Richard Baker, Kellie Patten, Mitch Pearl, Bill Hatch, Bruce Brown

Also in Attendance: Keith Arlund, Anna Scheck, Tom Schmelzenbach, Chris Brickell, Bob Kilpeck, Phyllis Aitchison, Roman Wdowiak, Samantha Stone

The meeting was called to order at 7:04PM by Chair Bill Hatch. 

1.  Call to order

a) Agenda Adoption - Motion by Kellie Patten/Bruce Brown to adopt the agenda as written. The motion passed unanimously - 4 to zero.

2.  Consider Liquor License Application Requests for 2008

a)  Wesco, Inc. - Champlain Farms

b)  Patricia's Restaurant

c)  Dr. Lightning's Wine & Spirit

Motion by Bruce Brown/Mitch Pearl to approve the applications presented.  The motion passed unanimously - 4 to zero.

3.  Adjournment

Motion by Bruce Brown/Kellie Patten to adjourn the Board of Liquor Commissioners' meeting at 7:05PM.  The motion passed unanimously - 4 to zero.
