Brandon Board of Liquor Commissioners Meeting

February 25, 2008

 In Attendance: Richard Baker, Kellie Patten, Bill Hatch, Bruce Brown

  Also in Attendance: Keith Arlund, Anna Scheck, Tom Schmelzenbach, Chris Brickell, Bob Kilpeck, Ethan Swift, Charles Jakiela, Frank Farnsworth, Lee Kahrs, Matt Carmoli

 The meeting was called to order at 7:05PM by Chair Bill Hatch. 

1.  Call to order

a) Agenda Adoption - Motion by Bruce Brown/Kellie Patten to adopt the agenda as written. The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.

2.  Consider Liquor License Application Requests for 2008

a)  GU Markets of VT LLC         

b)  Coco Mart, Inc.  - Jiffy Mart

c)  Lord & Hopkins, Inc. - Churchill House Inn

d) Sherman V. Allen, Inc. - Mac's Convenience Store #108

e)  Sawyer''s Inn, Inc. - Lilac Inn

Motion by Bruce Brown/Kellie Patten to approve the applications noted above.  The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.

3.  Adjournment

  Motion by Bruce Brown/Richard Baker to adjourn the Board of Liquor Commissioners' meeting at 7:07PM.  The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.
