#5073 McGuigan

Motion by Motion by Aitchison / Stone for Gabriel McGuigan #5073 to build a 10' x 16' shed one foot (1') from the property line which would not meet setback requirements of the Aquifer District.

The Board reviewed the five criteria. They voted in the affirmative for all five criterion

Motion passed on a vote of 4 (yes) to 0 (no). The variance is granted.

Motion passed unanimously.
