BRANDON DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD APRIL 22, 2009 MEETING Board members present: Chris Lekberg, Alisa Cuttter, Phyllis Reed, John Peterson, and Samantha Stone The meeting was opened at 7:50 pm Deliberations Thomas / Holden #5092 Motion by Cutter/Stone to accept permit #5092 and grant a lot line adjustment between the property of Kirk Thomas / Tracy Holden [tax map #07-01-39] and the property of Ruth Nichols [tax map #06-01-37] as presented. The Nichols property is part of a subdivision previously approved by the Development Review Board (DRB). The lot line adjustment will not result in the creation of any new lots. Per Section 701(c)(1) of the Brandon Land Use Ordinance, the Development Review Board voted 5-0 to waive the requirements of Section 705 as it has determined that such requirements are not required to protect the public health, safety and general welfare.
