BRANDON DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD NOVEMBER 4, 2009 Board members present: Chris Lekberg, John Peterson, Phyllis Reed, Alisa Cutter, Samantha Stone The meeting was called to order at 9:40 pm Deliberations Neshobe PUD #4917 Per applicant request, the Act 250 request for Neshobe PUD #4917 was withdrawn. No decision will be written. The minutes and a letter from the applicant will reflect the application was withdrawn. Dulaurence #5151 Motion by Reed/Lekberg to grant conditional use permit #5151 to Tara Dulaurence to construct a 16'5" porch attached to the westerly sideline of the existing residential structure. This decision is based upon a redetermination from the State of Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation office, Environmental Analyst, River Management Program, who has stated that this home and newly constructed deck are located outside the Special Flood Hazard - Zone AE - and outside of the regulatory floodway. Motion carried 4-0 Trask #5150 Motion by Lekberg / Reed to grant variance #5150 to Scott and Tonia Trask for the construction of a 11'5" x 11'5" x 9'6" gazebo as proposed. The board reviewed the five criteria and approved them all. Motion passed 4-0 CRLT Group #5169 Motion Lekberg/Cutter to grant application #5169 to CRLT Group, LLC for a six lot subdivision on North Birch Hill Rd as presented.
