The meeting was called to order at 8:08PM by Vice-Chair – Richard Baker.
1. Call to order
a) Agenda
Motion by Bruce Brown/Kellie Patten to approve the agenda as written. The motion passed unanimously – 3 to zero.
2. Consider Liquor License/Tobacco Application Requests for 2009
a) Request to Cater Malt & Vinous Beverages – Cafe Provence
Motion by Bruce Brown/Kellie Patten to approve the request for a catering license for Café Provence for an event to be held on October 9, 2009. The motion passed unanimously – 3 to zero.
b) Liquor Incense Application – Rite Aid Pharmacy
Motion by Kellie Patten/Mitch Pearl to approve the request for a liquor license for Maxi Green Inc., dba Rite Aid Pharmacy. The motion passed unanimously – 3 to zero.
3. Old/Other Business
There was no old or other business discussed.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Bruce Brown/Kellie Patten to adjourn the Board of Liquor Commissioners' meeting at 8:13PM for the purposes of reconvening as the Board of Sewer Commissioners. The motion passed unanimously – 3 to zero.
