Brandon Board of Liquor Commissioners Meeting

November 23, 2009

1.  Call to order  

The meeting was called to order at 7:46PM by Richard Baker.      

a) Agenda Adoption - Motion by Kellie Martin/Mitch Pearl to adopt the agenda as written. The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero. 

2.  Consent Agenda

a) Request for Special Event Permit - Neshobe River Winery LLC, d/b/a Neshobe river Winery - Moonlight Madness at the Brandon Town Hall

Motion by Mitch Pearl/Kellie Martin to approve the Special Event Permit for Neshobe River Winery LLC for the Moonlight Madness Event at the Brandon Town Hall. The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.

 b)  Approve Board of Liquor Commissioners Minutes of October 19, 2009

Motion by Mitch Pearl/Kellie Martin to ratify the minutes of the October 19, 2009 Board of Liquor Commissioners meeting. The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.

3.  Old/Other Business

Mitch Pearl noted that in addition to this vendor, there will be 12 or 13 other vendors who will be located in the Town Hall for Moonlight Madness.  He stated the Friends of the Town Hall have coordinated with the Chamber of Commerce on this event.  

4. Adjournment

Motion by Mitch Pearl/Kellie Martin to adjourn the Board of Liquor Commissioners' meeting at 7:48PM to convene as the Select Board. The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.
