Brandon Board of Liquor Commissioners Meeting

1.  Call to order

The meeting was called to order at 9:41PM by Vice-Chair Richard Baker.       

a) Agenda Adoption - Motion by Mitch Pearl/Devon Fuller to adopt the agenda as written. The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero. 

2.  Consent Agenda

a) Board of Liquor Commissioners Meeting of December 14, 2009

Motion by Mitch Pearl/Kellie Martin to approve the minutes of the December 14, 2009 Brandon Liquor Commissioners meeting. The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.

 b)  Approve Liquor License - Neshobe Golf Club, Inc.

Motion by Mitch Pearl/Kellie Martin to approve the liquor license for Neshobe Golf Club, Inc. The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.

 c)  Approve Liquor License - Special Event - Neshobe River Winery - Art in the Snow

Motion by Kellie Martin/Mitch Pearl to approve the liquor license for Neshobe River Winery for a special event (Art in the Snow).  The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.

3.  Old/Other Business

There was no discussion held.

4. Adjournment

Motion by Mitch Pearl/Kellie Martin to adjourn the Board of Liquor Commissioners' meeting at 9:43PM to reconvene as the Select Board. The motion passed unanimously - 3 to zero.
